i owned a sbi credit card bearing no 0004317575030018072, for which i have made the settlement amounting to Rs 60,000/- that i have already paid as par agreement dated 20-4-2007 and settlement tracer no -: CALCUTBHU542007540798. for which i have not recieved any settlement reciept. and when i tried to get in touch the concerned department, i was told that i will be recieving it shortly by post. which i have not recieved till date. now after a long time today i.e on 27th june 2009 i got a call from a recovery agent named Khemchand from SBI Card Delhi asking me to settle the payments as i am a defaulter or i will have to face the consequences otherwise. so i want a permanent settlement of this matter and to be compensated for the mental harrasment i have recieved so far. plz take necessary action....
