sir i got to know about my cibil report scoring to 689 from axis bank.which is showing 1816 due in credit card which is written off but it is creating a problem for me when i m applying for loan.but i m not aware of this amount and its credit card no.because as of my knowledge there is no dues from any bank.so i request you to please tell me the card no.so that i can make a correction done.i have provided the control no above.

I honey grover was holding your credit card sometime back which was blocked without any prior information balance was 19 rs.it was blocked in june.i don’t know the credit card no. but after confirming from cibil I got to know its account no. and that is 940000283082.for other verification my name:honey grover,mobile no.9793702444,mothers name:saroj grover,address:honey chikan emporium 28-29 kanak behari market kotwali road chowk lucknow-226003.
Now the point is my cibil report generated on 28 feb is showing a balance of rs.1816 due on ur cardwhich is not the truth and even according to banks records its not true.then y the wrong information is provided to cibil which is spoiling my credit history.just because of your wrong report my cibil score is reduced very much.it is showing completely wrong information.
Kindly report this matter to cibil for correction immediately.as it is creating a problem for me in taking any loan.else I have to report to rbi and lodge a complain for this matter.

now kindly remove any due in my account related to credit card of barclays as it was wrongly reported .and it shows in the mail also which is sent by barclays bank.i have noc.so there is no outstanding in my account.
so if there is no due of credit card then why it is showing in my cibil report please help me in removing any outstanding of my credit card.
