    Default ABN AMRO BANK Card / Wrong comittment to make a membership of good Life program

    Dear Sir,

    My name is Praveen Kumar Prakash I have an Abnamro Credt card no 5415 3823 3090 3154.
    On behalf of this credit card I got a call from your side to take a membership of good Life program.
    They commitment me to lifetime validity of this loyalty card but this is valid still 06 jun 2010.
    They commitment me to 35% discount on electronic and electric items but none of the outlets in Chandigarh.

    How i avail the discount?

    He committed me a lot of offers but when i received kits and found all committed were wrong.
    So, I want to cancel my membership and revert back my money in credit card.

    I have complaint regarding this by email the reference number 00200843266 on dated June 15 2009.

    I have got a call form your side she talked with me very rudely and said this will not be cancel.

    You tell me what I do?

    Default ABN AMRO Bank Complaint

    Dear Sir I was using the credit card of abn ambro bank . my credit card number was 5239504002930199. I was using this card from last one and half year. payment was good but from december 2008 i was not receiving my statemt at my home address therefor i was not able to make the payment of december month on time. till feburary i didnt received my statement. so till that time i havent make the payment. after requesting the custmer care many time i reciev the statemtn in march with late chares of 3 months.now bank is forcing me to make payment with late fee. i am getting harashed with them so please solve my problem as i m not able to do payment as it was not my fault .your coordination will be highly appreciable for me.

    want to make actual payment without late fees

    Angry Incomplete infirmation about offers from ABN amro Credit Card

    Recently I received call about one offer from ABN amro as I am holding it's credit card since long & using regularly also. As per records, I am paying each month bill in full amount.

    The offer was about some gift vouchers for holiday packages thru Makmytrip.

    The details were mentioned about this during initial information. Also I have requested that time itself that I am not interested, still I confirmed with them at last that I may use this within 7 months else, it will get cancelled automatically & will not be charged for this. If I avail this offer i.e.use this vouchers in this period I have to pay the offer amount.

    Still immediately the offer amount Rs.4999/- appeared in my billing statement alongwith service tax of Rs.514/-. I contaced to ABN amro phone banking for this to complain. I came to know that the offer kit is purchased for me & I must pay the amount & can utilise the vouchers within 7 months. The offered me the cancellation refund of only 25% against my request of 100%.

    I am fed up with ABN amro offers which always has a hidden cost & I have decided to cancel the ABN AMRO credit card immediately & have also decided to convey this fact to all my colleagues. This is a cheating to customers.

    I will not think about ABN AMRO for any dealings in FUTURE.

    I need full amount charged against this offer to be cancelled.

    Smile Good Life program

    I took this program from bank & it was a nice experience. I really enjoyed the ime wich i spent at the vacation in Goa. The property was exotic & all facilities were provided there. I thank bank for providing me such a wonderful trip.
