Hi,

I have a Citibank credit card from March 2007 and used it for Rs. 15000, i was not able to pay at once so i requested them to convert that into EMI but they never did and i was getting threatening calls and people were coming to my house then i said please covert those amount into EMI and to send a latter to RBI to improve my credit rating then after few month they asked me for settlement and i paid Rs.15000 in 3 months but what i am facing is even worse as they have given me very bad credit rating due to that i am not getting any loan and credit card. I need your help in solving this matter.
