Dear Sir,
This is with regards with my barclays card statement, I was in Noida from 11-Nov-08 to 9-Jan-09 becouse of my office project and i keep receiving my statement via email. I received November's Statment on 15-Dec-08 i was supprise to see a transection made to BPL Mobile so i called to customer care to check with it, so the customer representative ask me to write a letter to the bank on the given address to check on the transection and which has to be done with in 30 days of the transection date that time i said its ok, I even asked her about any overlimit charges becouse my i have also been charged interest for part payment in previous month. so due to that additional interest and unknown transection my credit limit was crossed i ask her that i have been not informed about these transections and nor did i received any SMS aleart regarding my Limit has been reached to 90% or so. then she said if i make the pament immediatly i wont be charged for the same, so went ahead and did that. Now i saw my Latest statment and that Overlimit charges has been charged, so i called up customer care and asked her what the problem was as the previous representative has promised me that there will be no charges. she said there will be no reversal of the overlimit and she is not ready to listen to that call of previous agent as well she is just denies that thing and want me to make the payment.. and i was not able to write any letter regarding my Unknown transection as i was quit busy with my project out of town so i mailed them the detail on the mailing address mention on that statment, I dont even received reply out of which.
so what should i do?
should i stop using that card and stop making payment???
please help
