    Default Regarding Complaint against fraud payment from CITI Bank Credit Card.

    Credit card No. 5546 3706 3803 9005.
    Dear Sir,
    In reference to all mails to Citibank about fraud payment taking place from my Citibank credit cards. I am writing this to you as official complaint.
    On 4th June'09 early morning I had received a SMS from Citibank that " Your card is temporarily blocked." when I contacted to customer care CITI BANK they given me information that high value payment transaction made to the Bharati Cellular from my card (that means CITI Bank also know this is fraud payment). On my denying these expenses, he then asked me whether he should block credit card. I instructed him to block my card, after that they have send me new card.
    I have even lodged complaint to Citibank call centre (Reference number - 9948391) and on their advice I have even sent (Faxed to Citi Bank Fax No.022-28358080, Ext. No.22), a card member declaration form to disputed amount.
    The following payments are debited in my card.

    After Continuous discussion with Citibank customer care I received mail on 9th June 2009 from them (attached with this letter) that they can’t do anything in this case, I Contacted to Citibank Officer (one Mr.Manoj, Escalation dept.) on this issue on telephone on same day, he simply informed me that nothing can be done as ultimately liability of making payment is yours & also same mail will be received from Citibank. He even was not assuring any action which will be taken by Citibank.
    I request you to take my complaint.
    Please also advise me if any further information is required in this matter.
    Please update me with any and all developments.

    Default fruad payment

    dear sir, i am writting this to u official compalint. in 7th dec 2011 i am not using citibank creadit card.
    citi bank sent one message to me i am spent 41.95USD ( Rs.4385/=) for FRIENDFINDER. MY Kind
    information. pl give a stop payment. once again i am telling truth i am not using card payments on last
    10 days till now. kindly cancell this payment.
    i request you to take my complaint sir.

    Post wrong transactions

    I have recieved wrong transactions so i would like u to freeze my A/c immediately and also examine the transactions which are all in $ recent is $39.95
