    Default Not Yet recieved my Credit Card

    Hi, I had applied for HSBC Credit Card and still i am wating for the card. Details are mentioned below:
    Applied Date :25'Dec-2010.
    Sr. No. :APP-545459.
    Sale Executive: Haseen.
    Sales Executive's Code :364.

    I have recieved so many calls(011-32074484) for the Verification and the told me that within 10-15 days i will recieve my Card but they dint send me the Card,now i want my Documents back.
    If they had verified every things and asked me to weight for 15 days then what is the reason behind it that still i am waiting for the Card.
    Please return my all documents i have provided to HSBC.

    Dear Sir/Mam,

    I really get fed up with the HSBC bank. As 4 years back i have HSBC credit card and i have done all the payments in thier full Sattlement. But their agent dint deposit the money in the bank and now they charged me round about 54,000 rupees.

    As i have all the receipts of the payment.But no one is listening and providing me the solution what to do.

    Anyone can help me...

    Unhappy HSBC Credit -Clearence and settlement of A/c - '4984-5999-1269-1291'

    Before leaving Bangalore, we did visited MG Road branch for settlement, clearence and closure of Credit Card A/c '4984-5999-1269-1291'. We had no due payments. All of sudden, we got a call saying, you need to pay Rs7158/- as settlement of this A/c. This is not at all fair. I asked the guy from colletion to tell me contacdt number or bracnch that I can visit and I want to meet personally, no reply. How can this happen with a global bank. He mentioned that I was suppose to pay Rs38/- in year 2006, which today has become Rs7158/-, its not fair. There was no intimation sent to my permanent address at Chandigarh, bank is suppose to inform customer in such case. What's the best way to address this, any suggestions. Please help

    Hi,

    This is Prejesh VP, I had a HSBC credit card and it expired in july 2009. I had paid all the dues of that card before that . I made my last payment on 7/7/2009 . HSBC without my knowledge , have increased the validaity of the card till 2011. I was never informed regarding this. also they have charged Membership fees and other fees on the card during July 2010( again i was not informed reagrding this) and further added interest and other fees , and are now demanding rs 9000 towards the card. my question is why should I pay the money when I cleared all the dues and when card expired in 20009. please do the needfull

    ACCORDING TO MY CIBIL REPORT, MY CARD WAS ISSUED DATED 30/01/1999. It was closed dated 19/02/2005, the date of last payment was 04/01/2005. The current balance shows Rs.0/- only but amount overdue is Rs.22214/-. I already cleared everything. How it comes overdue amount? Please help me to solve this problem and remove from my CIBIL REPORT.

    Ref: Complaint regarding non-receipt of statement / delay in sending this statement late and charging of late payment charges.
    Dear Sir,
    This is to bring to your notice that, the undersigned, is receiving Credit Card statement not on due dates i.e. either this statements are not being sent before due date or are sent not in order and thereby charging late payment charges of Rs.400/- for each such negligence on part of the bank.
    - That I have been noticing since November, 2010 that after every 2-3 months the bank officials are sending credit card statements not in time and hence charging Rs.400/- every time for such delay on the part of the bank.
    - That every time I am making payment and informing on the customer care No. after facing a lot of hardship in getting the customer care No. but till date no positive step has been taken to reverse the said charges nor the practice of sending credit card statement was made in order or in due time.
    - That the bank has charged late payment charges unnecessarily to my account which is highly objectionable and has to be reversed immediately without any further delay. The various dates on which the bank has committed this serious mistakes is as follows:-

    That this is my official address for the last so many years.
    - That all the above late payment charges of Rs.1,600/- may please be arranged to reverse at the earliest possible otherwise I HAVE LEFT WITH NO OPTION THEN TO GO TO CONSUMER COURT FOR REDRESSAL OF MY GRIEVANCES.
    Please note that if I do not here any positive response for your side then all the legal costs and consequences shall be borne by the bank.

    Default HSBC credit card complaint

    i got a SMS that via bluedart courier my credit card is being sent but did not receive it till date. I checked in the bluedart site with the ref no where it is mentioned that it could not be delivered as the consignee is not available in the given address and the place mentioned is Kolkata.

    I use to reside in Kolkata 2 years back and i had a HSBC credit card then but i misplaced that card and so i blocked it.

    After 2 years i applied for the credit card again, i am residing in Bangalore now and instructed in the form that it should be delivered in my office address in Bangalore. then why the hell they sent it to Kolkata. Even a person from HSBC had come to verify my home address.

    Now i don't know where is my card and only hope that it has not gone in wrong hands. I mailed them so many times but they did not bother to reply.

    i tried calling them but could not connect as the phones are always busy and after 8 minutes of waiting they disconnect the call by themselves.

    Please look into the matter.

    Default Credit amount to HSBC even if i do not CreditCard

    Hi,

    I had applied the credit card in 2008, But i did not get the Credit Card because of some reason. But after i had applied i got Credit Card Bill for the First Month. That time i had contacted customer Care and they told me, please ignore That bill.


    And finally i had seen my CIBIL score and found that I have Credit Amount Rs. 9,589/-.


    Please help to find why i have Cridit Amount even if i did not got the Credit Card and how to clear it from CIBIL.

    Default Demanding for personal account details regd.

    I(ANNAPUREDDY SREENIVASULU REDDY) am having credit card in HSBC beeing my card no :4476 9299 9424 5626 .For the last one week some of the persons are calling over phone to my home and demanding to my wife regarding my personal account details .Their mobile nos are:8049089634 and 8067369658.
    Why they are asking and for what .I have cleared their dues and also returned the new card also.

    My self surajit kumar M jana I pay regulerly as statement. last Three month I not got H.S.B.C statement. I call to customer care,they say I will checked and call back to you. After few days Oct 14th caustomer care call me that your payment last day please do the payment, I aslo tell that I not recived yous statment how much should pay, she say that not complaim that I send my boy he recived amound that day dhantaras. and give to recived. according to do that I give the case. Privus month also I not get the statement also, got the sms my mobile youe deu that much amount according to give the check. and give to full amound I pay. noe I got the massage your deu some amound, I call caustomer care he say my callaction boy gose your house that why you pay. My quastion that why should i pay? Mony not a matter but you are chitting to caustomer.

    Due to unsatisfactory service I have not renewed nor I have received renewed card.
    When I requested to provide me postal monthly statement you did not bother to resume it.
    Now u are sending me monthly statement showing due. For the last 18 months there were no
    transaction but from Oct. 2011 onward started sending me the statment showing due.

    Pl look into this and stop this nuisance.

    HSBC Credit Card: CIBIL

    Hello HSBC,
    I have never applied for HSBC Credit Card. Today i have got my CIBIL report, in that it says i am defaulter for the credit card of HSBC Bank which i never applied/owned. I am not getting any loans approved due to your own fault.

    Please advice CIBIL to remove the account and update my CIBIL score.
