I am a SBI credit card holder no,************ 7446,
name-Hridayananda Saikia. For the last two months they are offering a sum of
Rs.53000/- which I never accepted. I never received any draft or cheque of
that amount till date. But in my this months bill they are adding Rs.2500/-
as the first instalment of that amount. In this way they are harassing their
customers. Please help me to sort out this problem and take action against
the guilty persons.
