Dear Sir,



HDFC Bank has been harassing me for the last one year on charges which were
disputed by me. Since then I have been writing to them again and again but
to no avail.

I have forwarded a few of my latest communications for your perusal. I need
your help to :



1 Stop harassment of HDFC Bank.

2 To get my last charge reversed which was by way of a lien the company put
on my account I hold with them.

3 To penalize the bank for troubling me with incessant follow up and
statements with interest and penalty charges.



I can send you all my communication with them so far.



The summary is



I lost their card last year April and on intimation the card was
deactivated.

The statement came only in June and immediately 3 transactions were disputed
by me.

The bank never came up with the charge slips for confirmation whether the
transactions were done by me or not.

Due to continuous trouble and a lien on my bank account I paid up for two
transactions and kept one transaction to be cleared by the bank.

Instead of clearing the issue the bank again put a lien and this time
recovered @ 3200 from the bank despite me asking for a clarification on the
disputed transaction.



I now want my money back and also to penalize the bank with a token amount
for the harassment.



Please let me know how your firm can help. I have had a good experience last
time when ICICI Bank was found wanting in its service and sine then I am a
satisfied customer of that bank for last 4 years.
