Dear Consumer Court, I am a customer of CITI bank, before proceeding with my complaint I would like to give some information. My CITI Bank Account number is: 5-919837-804 My full name: Virander Singh Sirohi I had an account with CITI bank for the past 2+ months. My name was misspelled (‘Virander Singh Sirohi’ [Correct Spelling] to ‘Virander Singh Sirdhi’ [Wrongly Spelled]) in the bank’s database and for that I requested a lot to change the same but I never got satisfactory reply from their end that’s why I want you help in resolving this matter. They came up with my account opening form and saying that I only spelled wrongly during account opening but the thing is that it can be clearly seen that someone had overridden/changed my name intentionally (might be one of the CITI employee to have a clean side) in my account opening form. I am requesting them for the same for more then 2 months now but they are just ignoring the matter and pushing everything on my head. I just have few points, which I want to share with you and want a positive reply from CITI bank (at least this time). 1. Every individual in this world know how to write their name, and when it can be clearly seen that CITI employee’s intentionally overridden/changed my name from ‘Virander Singh Sirohi’ to ‘Virander Singh Sirdhi’ in account opening form, so why should I submit the written letter to CITI requesting change of name as its not mine fault its CITI’s fault? 2. When I had submitted my name proof (Passport copy), so why they want the same again and again? 3. Why is Mr. Aakash Vinod Arora and Mrs. R K Gayathri is not taking this matter seriously and irritating with totally out of scope replies, is this is the kind of professionalism they follows, if they cant do their job properly then why they are in CITI? 4. I have raised so many requests for the same; some of them are (request numbers) 7609058001, 6409046759, 3909044329, 3809048814, 8809054135 and 5809050453 (CITI online request fro
