Dear Sir,


My credit card with number 4477 4745 1672 2009 issued by ICICI Bank was
misused by someone using my credit card number while I am still holding this
card on 1st May 2009 by booking air tickets online through EZEEGO ONE
Travels and Tours of two transactions worth Rs 10,896 and Rs 5,629. When I
learnt about this online theft, I immediately called phone banking cell of
ICICI Bank to block the said card wef and DO NOT honor the two transactions
which happened illegally without my prior approval and knowledge. Bank
instead of cancelling the transactions asked me to send a copy of letter
through fax stating that i do not authorize those transactions. Same was
sent to them on 2nd May 2009. And since then no one called from bank side to
update what they are doing to resolve this nor is temporary credit given
back to me. In this regards a Police FIR has also been lodged at Indrapuram,
Ghaziabad police station. wide FIR no:- 1034/09 under section 420/406 IPC.
Same copy can be made available on demand to bank if asked. Please do the
needful since i want my money back and i don't want to pay these charges to
bank which I have not incurred. ICICI bank credit department is not acting
proactively neither they are registering a complaint to speedily resolve
this dispute.

As a result i am billed for Rs 16525 in total which i never incurred. And
bank has not taken any step to return back that money.

They keep asking me every time to send them the 'dispute letter' authorized
by me for their investigation which i have sent twice through fax and
courier.

I want bank to reverse the transactions and give credit back for Rs 16525
which i never incurred nor authorised.
