    The same mail you have sent me on 4th April stating that it will take 07
    working days to solve this problem but till 24th April (approx 12 working days
    passed) you people have not taken any single step to reply. Even in between
    this days I had called Mr. VInay sawant to discuss the issue but he has flatly
    denied to discuss anything and told me that he is out of office and will call
    me back but no call back has received, and now again on my reminder, you sent
    me the same mail stating more 7 working days.
    NOW I am feeling you are trying to give me unnecessary tension by sending me
    again again same mail which make me feel very low and pressure on my head. I
    think now If you don't settle this issue in your stated 07 working day I must
    take some serious step against you people because this is very ridiculous as
    you people are asking me to pay for your mistake.

    mail that because of your drop box problems the payment has
    been not reached to you on time. I had never delayed the
    payment so that the reason I had dropped three different
    cheques three times after that I myself had called you
    people to collect the cheque if at all I don't want to pay
    you have not paid that payment also. Looking the at scenario
    you people are punishing me for your mistakes. I here by

THOUGH I NEVER WANTED TO KEEP IT OR USE IT I PAID THE CHARGES ONE OR TWO DAYS LATE UNINTENTIONALLY Rs.110/- SINCE I WAS NOT IN STATION. NOW YOU HAVE SENT LATE PAYMENT FEES OF Rs.386.05. I AM USING MANY OTHER CREDIT CARDS AND NO ONE HAS CHARGED ME FOR DELAY OF ONE OR TWO DAYS. I SUPPOSE AXIS BANK IS TRYING TO LOOT OR ROB CUSTOMERS THROUGH THEIR CUSTOMER CARE CENTRES IN MANGALORE. THEY SEND CARDS WITHOUT ORDERING FOR IT AND FORCE CUSTOMERS TO USE THE CARDS. THIS KIND OF TORTURE CANNOT BE TOLERATED ALL THE TIME PLEASE.

    NOW PLEASE REVERSE THE DELAY LATE PAYMENT FEES AND CANCEL THE DEBTS OR ELSE CANCEL THE CARD ITSELF IF YOU ARE NOT CANCELLING THIS LATE PAYMENT FEES I WILL NOT PAY IT ANY WAY AND RETURN THE ADDON CARD TO YOU. AND STOP THE USAGE OF YOUR CARD ANYMORE. I DO NO WANT YOUR EXECUTIVES TO TORTURE OR IRRITATE ALL THE TIME.
