Hello,
I was holding the CREDIT CARD of AXIS Bank. I have called them so many times to activate the net banking to pay the bills so I should not waste my time going to different centers for payment. There was no follow up after my call from the customer care and I waste all my money and got long bill of my mobile. I have also sent them many emails but no follow up after that also.
Even after closing the account they are still sending the bills to me. I have sent them emails regarding this but still there is no follow-up. I have all the logs if anybody is interested for the same.
I request everybody that NEVER USE AXIS CREDIT CARD. They are very very bad.

Dear Sir,
I have a silver credit card. And the no. is 4718630003278214. This card was blocked from 1st Nov. for non payment of outstanding amount. And my SB account of Axis bank also blocked. So I have made the payment on 19th Nov 2010. For 15000. And i came to know through my bank that on 18th Nov. 2010 the amount whatever available was debited to the credit card. So in total i have paid Rs.7158.49 execs. Now I have activated 100% auto debit and i was issued a new card. But the execs amount which i have paid is still is not refunded. So I requested through IVR to make the refund. And my request No. is 4614603. Once again I request you to make the refund ASAP.
Herewith I have attached the scan copy of the counterfoil of the amount which I have paid on 19th Nov. 2010

I have not received my new credit card against the old credit card numbered 4718 6100 0111 0957.

With reference to the above we are sorry to inform you regarding harassment by your officials. I am enjoying the saving bank account with your branch without any trouble since last 2-3 years, and maintained average balance above Rs. 50000/-, I am not interested to have credit card , your officials called my mobile number many times and offered free debit card, initially I was reluctant not to have any Credit card, after getting repeated requests from your officials, I accepted to take a credit card and signed the related forms with a request to debit the proceeds to my SB account No 094010100527996 with your Bank. Credit card received, there after again Bank officials called me severely and requested to use the card at least for one time to retain it, failing which it will be lapsed, just to honor I used card only once. Received a letter from you to pay the card dues, also received various calls for making payments against card dues by your representative, your staff threatened me over phone during odd times and even disturbed me in my office, my reputation in offices got distressed, Your staff mislead me with deliberate intention. Inspite of my repeated request to collect/recover the amount from my saving account with you no action from your officials, all my requests were unsuccessful, however as a good civilian with a frustrated intention to get reed off this nuisance I deposited payment to the tune of amount swiped through card, subsequently penalty also paid to the tune of Rs. 441/-. Your bank sent a account statement for the period 10.03.2011 to 09.04.2011 showing net balance due Rs. 707/- after paying the above payments.
Again your representative Mr Parsuram called from his number 91-4442931450 over phone during odd hours and threatened me. I am now under depressed condition for this type of services and feel harassment by your officials, I am surrendering the Credit Card to your branch at Yelhanka on 25th, You are requested to Block my card on immediate basis, You have charged penalty/late payment for which I am not the defaulter and accountable, you are requested to waive off the penalty and other charges till date immediately, in case of non reversal within one week from date of receipt of this letter I will be forced to opt for legal action in the consumer court with your cost and consequences.
Act of your representative is punishable under Law, complaint against you as well as in the name of Mr Parsuram who disturbed me during odd hours, will be filed in case our dues are not settled within one week.

I was issued an Axis Bank Credit Card No. 4718 6100 0203 9528. It is mentioned that I have not been using this card for the last 5-6 months. But I have been receiving the monthly statements showing huge amount due to be paid by me inspite of the fact that I have made all the payments towards the transactions actually done by me.
I may mention here that the late payment fee on the credit card has already been reversed by your bank 4-5 months back. But the bank is still sending me the monthly statements by putting further fine and thus harassing me unnecessarily.
The card which is valid through 8/11. But I am compelled to surrender it early because I am being harassed by your bank. I request you to discontinue the credit card with immediate effect and do not send me the new card in lieu of it as I do not intend to use the Axis Bank Credit Card in future.
I hope you understand the whole situation. I am not going to make any payment as the Late Fee has already been reversed by your bank. I may mention here that I have been using the ICICI Bank Credit Card since long and I have never met with the situation like in case of your bank.

this is monika narad .iwas using the credit card services provided by your bank. iwas verysatisfied with the services. but now i want to discontinue my credit card account. which is showing excess amount. iam not getting back.that balance. my bank authorities have also send the email showing my records of payment so why so much delay from your side in making the payment .i have given all the valid proofs to show the excess balance.
you are request to take immedate action regarding this.
no action was taken from your side as i have already send the email through my axis bank paschim vihar branch.
