Dear Pawandeep, Appreciate your reply and thanks for ensuring the instrument was found after a months effort and followup. To me your mail(reply) still appears to bring out what the bank ABN AMRO wants. I do not think there's any focus on the customer.I wrote to the bank- I am deeply concerned as I find that in spite of faxing the counterfoil of remittance for Card # 5415 ********* to bank's number 25792011, I was followed up for the payment from ABN AMRO Bank.
