My name is rajesh shrivastava.my hsbc card no.2947.i want to lodge complaint aganinst the bank.they have debited my account by us$ 184 or indian rupees 9514/-.this happened in march 2009.i was paying minimum amount due of 550/-.it suddenly goes to 13oo/-.in spite of that i paid them there minimum amount due.but recently i lost my job and i did not able to pay their minimum amount due for two months.they blocked my card.they
started calling regularly in my home with threat.recently i got a letter
from them that if you do not clear your oustanding balance immediately we
will send debt recovery agent to your home.since then i am very frightened.
Please help me in this matter.
