Myself Munjal vyas, i had icici bank credit card, i used it and pay all the dues. the bank sent me settlement letter that tells that now onwanrds, idont have any dues of my card, i have paid all the money.and now after 2 years of that incident, when i want loan for my personal use, the c-board refuse to give me loan that says you have dues from icici bank.i want to claim against icici bank for shown my wrong credit.My credit card no. is 4477468433768004.the settelement reference no. is REF/ICWE2AHM/032009/7624/4.
