    complaint of illegal harrassment by one Mr.Vinod :ICICI

    Respected Sir,

    Please note: my client Mrs. Arpana Biswas is an ICICI creditcard consumer :
    Mrs.Aparna Biswas has been regularly paying her installments.

    The recent actions of one Mr.Vinod presenting himself to be a representative of
    ICICI Bank Recovery section is condemened. He has been calling this lone
    lady at odd hours and abusing her, harrassing her and also has visitied the residence
    of Mrs.Arpana Biswas and has misbehaved when the lady was lone at home.
    Her husban d was out at the moment at the time of 9.30pm at night when Mr.Sameer Biswas
    had gone out to get some grocery stufff for the house.
    In addition Mr.Vinod has been calling and has on 25th January 2011 sent a goonda of very low
    caliber to visit the office of Mrs.Apara Biswas and this goonda ion the name of recovery has
    hurled abuses at Mrs.Aparna Biswas who is in a high and respectable position at the corporate
    body she works at.
    All these harrassments are done in the name of recovery of dues that too when the payments are
    updated. Also it may be noted the intentions behind these harrassments are to recover a periodical
    loan .
    As per banking rules-regulations laid down by RBI the consumers are not supposed to be harrassed
    and the recovery code of conduct is supposed to be followed and the agent to recover dues .In
    accordance a recovery agent will call upon the client and meet the person of his/her choice at the place
    of the consumers choice and is not supposed to vist or call the client at odd hours.
    In addition the recovery conduct strictly states that the R.A will deal with the consumer in a civil manner.

    The actions and calls of Mr: .Vinod from his numbers: 9892337551 and 022 40684485 is thus uncalled
    for and condemned. The question is: whther it is protocol in banking or goondaism in the name of banking.
    It is sad to state that ICICI represented by Vinod are resorting to unethical and down market way of
    dealing with clients/consumers.
    The illegal action and harrassment by Mr.Vinod and his accomplices who are local goondas have created
    an atmosphere which is unsafe for Mrs. Aprana Biswas and thus creating a failure in maintaining banking
    protocol . Also its a matter of faiulurein law and order and thus a serious offence.

    Prayer:
    In view of the above negetive deveoplments it is prayed that the Hon. Corut to rpovide protection to the consumer
    and strict action is taken against goondas in name of recovery of any sort of liability and the accomplice to
    crime premediated and done under the directions of Mr.Vinod.
    An early resoluton to the matter is highly appreciated.

    ARPANA BISWAS VS ICICI
    FACTS OF CASE- HARRASSMENT DISPLAYED PUBILCLY :
    Today after noon Arpana Biswas had received 5-6 calls from the no. 42559129/42559128 from somebody called Ms.Kavita.Inspite of conveying to her that this case is artbitrated by Dr Soans from Allied Law she refused tostop harrassment which created alot of disturbance.
    She was calling for Mrs. Arpana Biswas credit card details .I request icici to come forward and arbitrate the matter with my official mandate holder: DR.B.N.Soans and stop this harrasment.
    Further it is requested with the higher officials at ICICI that one Mr.Azeem had agreed to send details of the Loan to DR.B.N.Soans my arbitrator and still not adhered to the same.
    ICICI PLEASE LOOK INTO THE SAME AND WRITE BACK TO MY ARBITRATOR: AT : ALLIED LAW; alliedlawmumbai@yahoo.co.in
