ICICI credit card department harrasing me

I vishal mittal was holding a credit card from ICICI whose number is 5176 XXXX XXXX 1007. 21/11/2008 To 20/12/2008 this is my statement date where i was having a payment due of 34,341.33 out of 99,000 limit. around january 4-5,2009 i rcvd a fraud call from ICICI Lombard who offered me to double my credit limit to almost 2 lacs and asked me to buy a health insurance policy.

That time also i was holding another policy from them.but when they asked me to issue another by giving me false statement of increasing my credit limit, i nodded for this. surprisingly my vital details like my credit card numbers, my phone numbers, my office address and much more was shared by icici bank with icici lombard....

Now my problem is how come icici bank can share personal info with some other company(let it be a sister concern) . I made calls for this fraud to icici bank a number of times but they always maintained that i had bought this and now have to pay for this.

I stopped making payments or any other transactions because of financial pain i got from them. Now that pending amount is mounting on daily basis and has reached 1,01,794.36. They have blocked my card to add further pinch.

we don't have money to pay for both the credit cards
aap ke mr sandesh from chandivali branch 9920301119 and 61362900 and 65224164 muje dhamki de rahe hai paisa bharo varna apana executive aap ke ghar pe 4 din tak bithaunga , aap apane aap ko becho ya ghar ka saman becho par muje paise do varna aap ke liye achha nahi hoga ye words hai , aap ke icici persone se maine kaha mere pass paise nahi hai to unhone muje dhamaki de hai ki main paise vasul kar lunga , main application de ne bank main ja ne vali thi par unhone kaha hum aap ki application nahi lenge hume paise chahiye ,
kal mere ghar pe mr sanjay gothivrekar aaye the his no is 9322647666 kal 4 baje se 6.30 tak mere ghar par bethe the kyunki mr sandesh ne kaha yaha se mat hilna mr sanjay ne kaha madam aap muje application dedo , par sandesh ne kaha hum application nahi lenge
or maine kaha ki mere pass paise nahi hai aap muje dhamaki denge , par paise nahi hai to main kaha se laungi ,
mere mobile pe 16,-07-2011 ko 150 times muje call kiye hai from landline 64533596 118 times from 5 pm to 7.30 and from mobile 9920301119 ,10 times 8 pm to 10.40 from 61362900 24 times 11 am to 7.30 pm i have all recived and missed call records i received allmost 15 call i try to talk with him very politely in there 15 calls but he don't want to listen also i try to ignore his calls after 15 times recive his call so he keep calling me 146 times till 10.40 and i do have records in my mobile ,

mr sanjay is nice person i dont have any problem against him he is senior citizen , but he told me madam if some one have problem so we collect a application from customer but i don't know ye sandesh kyoun zyada problem create kar raha hai

now if you don't want to take any action against him so its your wish shayad aap ye soch rahe hoge kya employee hai kaise bhi paise vasul kar raha hai na ?

main ye isliye yaha bata rahi hu ki muje paise nahi dene hai maine card use kiya hai paise dene hi hai par mere pass paise nahi to apani jaan to nahi de sakti na
within 2 to 3 month ill try to clear my outstanding mere husband kam se related baher rehte hai ,16 ko hi 5 30 pm ko mere husband se baat ki thi aap ke mr sandesh ne or mere husband ko bhi kaha ki aap ghar par nahi aaoge raat 12 baje tak to hamara aadmi vahi par betha rahega
ab bus hogaya hai aap ki taraf se torcher karna , agar torcher karo ge to paise kaha se layenge jab paise hai hi nahi
main aap ki kisi bhi branch main aakar application dene ke liye ready hu par aap ki taraf se muje dhamaki ke alava koi response nahi mil raha hai

maine allready nc kar rakhi hai police station main ki i muje paise dene hai par mere pass nahi hai phir bhi ghar par aake muje bahot pareshan kar rahe hai

give us 2 to 3 month time other wise go for legal processed, but please don't harassed us don't torcher us its request
