To whomsoever it may concern

The following complaint havent been addressed within a stipualted period of 15 days. official time.
Thus the following accusation on CITIBANK is deemed accepted and acknowledged.

It is hereby called upon the financiaL OFFICIALS of CITIBANK, and its Offices to henceforth and hereby onwards note the case of any such recovery of monies null and void.

In addition by this public notification it is also called upon CITIBANK on whos direction CIBIL has displayed creditworthiness report of Mr.Arjunan Kathikeyan wrongfull displayed herin as Public document by CIBIL without proper verification which is a criminal offense , to direct CIBIL to immediately cancell the said display of data with immediate effect failing which my client Mr.Arjunan Karthikeyan will be constrained to claim legal damges and opportunity loss on CIBIL and CITIBANK.

An early action to rectify the public display of document at Cibil and addressing the greviance of the clients by ICICI will be appreciated.
