    Default harrashment. putted in cibil after paying

    Dear Sir,
    i had paid the money to the bank in feb- 2010, and they given me no due letter in march 2010,
    i was unaware that they had putted my name in cibil, even the assured me . after paying money they will never put me in cibil,
    few days back . i spoke to Mr. Shri O P AGRAWAL he adviced me to do few communication with bank then come to us. so i did as per his advice. if i was aware of this thing . will never happened. coustomer care dept kept me in dark.




    When I had been told by executive to pay INR 15,000.00 (for Centurion Bank of Punjab Bank Credit Card. ”Total card value was INR 15,000.00”) with an assurance of NOT PUTTING MY NAME IN CIBIL database as NEGATIVE customer, why am I facing this situation?


    I would like to add few incidents occurred with me.


    I have been given threading calls from DELHI POLICE (as per the information given by the caller) from mobile number 09811953346 with lots of abuses and illegitimate language. The caller of above mentioned mobile number had given me another mobile number of an Advocate Mr. Ramani (09711876413) and a case file number POLS2291. When enquired about this case by my Advocate, we found that there is no such case exists on the board of the court. Further, when I tried calling on Mr. Ramani’s mobile number, he never picked up my phone after picking up the phone once.


    Also, I got two calls from Pune from recovery department. The executive who had called me started his talk with abusive language. He had taken some police constable in conference who also was threatening me for payment.


    I often read in Newspaper about ICICI Bank recovery people. But never trusted the News. But, looking at all these personal experiences, it gives me a correct impression of unlawful ways of recovery strategies adopted by ICICI Bank.


    I have Housing Loan and a Credit Card of ICICI Bank. You can check the repayment schedules for both the things. I am not a defaulter. Then why I am being treated in that manner every now and when?


    When I am trying to clear the points for Centurion Bank of Punjab credit card issue with ICICI Bank executives, I am not getting any suitable and satisfactory reply.


    Just wish to say that “do not trouble your customers this way”. Please remove the negative remark given in CIBIL database for this case.
