Bad expeirence with hdfc credit card and Debited unwanted amount under HDFC ERGO Ins policy .
I request you pay your kind attention to the fact the i Waseem Ahmed Siddiqui , Nokia Siemens Networks PVT. LTD. 3rd Floor Eldeco Corporate Chambers 1, Vibhuti Khand , Gomti Nagar Lucknow 226010 having contact no. 9792100102 am holder of hdfc bank credit card no. 4617862001049477 which was issued to me on 8th January 2011.
During the Credit card confirmation call ( before recieving of my credit card ) from customer services the executive offered me one HDFC ERGO Insurance policy & He insisted me alot for the same & told me that If I havnt buy this policy then HDFC will not issue the credit card . I asked him so many times that this policy is mandatory or not & He didnt reply me with fact . Then after that I got call from another no regarding the Policy confirmation & the executive mis communicate the same to me & activate the policy.
After that call Immediately , I called to Customer Service centre no & ask them to deactivate & refuse that policy.
Customer Care Executive confirmed me that your policy will not be activated & you will recieve again the confirmation call. Then again after 30 mins I got call from same executive & He behave very rudly . I confirmed him that I dont want any sort of policy & He disconnect my phone without saying anything.
Today I recieve one SMS "Dear Customer , Your HDFC Bank Credit Card has been debited for HDFC ERGO Ins. policy premium. You ll rcv ur policy shortly".
I called to Customer Service centre & register my complaint against the same matter.
Kindly credited the amount & deactivate that policy as soon as possible.
I will not buy any kind of Policy & will not sign the policy.

I request you pay your kind attention to the fact this is Kalaivani Murugan am holder of hdfc bank credit card no. which was issued to me on March 2012.
I got a call from from customer services the executive offered me one HDFC ERGO Insurance policy & He insisted me alot for the same. I asked him so many times that this policy is mandatory or not & He didnt reply me with fact . Then after that I got call from another no regarding the Policy confirmation & the executive mis communicate the same to me & activated the policy.
After analyzing the disadvantages of that insurance and also due to I am having more insurance policies previously, I called to Customer Service centre no & ask them to deactivate & refuse that policy.
Customer Care Executive confirmed me that your policy will not be activated & you will recieve again the confirmation call. Then again after 30 mins I got call from same executive & He behave very rudly . I confirmed him that I dont want any sort of policy & He strictly said that I will not be able to deactivate the policy for 2 years and If still I wish to deactivate I will be debited for the amount of more than RS.8000 in my credit card. So again I called to credit card customer service to deactivate my insurance and also I said the rude behavior about the agent. The customer care person said that he will surely deactivate my insurance policy , but till now I didnt got any confirmation stating it is deactivated.
