I hold a HDFC credit card which was issued to me in August. The first usage of the card started from November. I applied for a HDFC ERGO health insurance policy, which I have not received in papers till date (COMPLAINT). I started reaching after HDFC guys to know my bill amount and to send a hard copy or a soft copy of the bill, so that I could proceed and make the payment for the bill.

I did not receive any intimation/ bill alert. After my repeated calls and a written complaint, I finally received the bill, a soft copy of the bill. I received it on December 30, 2010, last date of bill payment was December 30, 2010. I did not get even a single day to arrange for a chequebook or any other means, by which I could pay the amount. Now in the next billing cycle, I got the bill, with the late fee fine added for the previous billing cycle.

Kindly look into the matter, and guide me with the further suggestions.
