This is regarding the settlement of my Account of my credit card No.--4339487481928896, in the name of SURAJIT KUMAR BHARTI. I would like to bring your kind attention that i have already setteled my account and got a settlement letter No..MUM/BCGOLD/19442, signed by POONAM SHARMA(Manager-Credit Card) by BARCLAY BANK. inspite of this they have kept my name in CIBIL list. Probelme with this bank is they dont have bracnhes and 3rd party used to collect money and send it to BOMBAY, and every time they were charging late fee inspite of giving money on right time.
