I am holding 2 HSBC credit cards since last 5 yrs of card limit of 3.85 lakhs together. In that limit I used the card for Rs. 4.36 lkhs, but till now, I paid as lumpsum and minimum amount due to the bank of Rs. 8.36 lakhs. From last 2 months am not able to pay, due to too much of financial crisis, actually I paid these amount by borrowing from Local money lenders. still the outstanding shows 3.85 lakhs. They are ready for settlement. how i can pay for the settlement, by considering the inability to pay further.
