I hv using ICICI bank credit card no.XXXX XXXX XXXX 2021 for the past 7-8 years and there has never bn any problem with regard to payment of dues. I hv always paid dues in full by the due date. However in the month of Aug.10 even though the dues of Rs. 249.00 were paid by cheque with all the details written on the back of the instrument and dropped in drop Box before the due date, ICICI Bank never bothered to call for non payment and when I enquired they informed that the payment of Rs.249.00 was not received. I am very well aware of exorbitant charges levied by the banks hence always paid the dues in ful. But the bank has bn charging me late payment charges on subsequent transactions also. I had contacted them and was telephonically informed that all charges I had bn reversed. However, the bank continued to levy charges, though I hv bn making payment for whatever transactions I had done. Now I have stopped using this card, because of their non co operative attitude.
I request u to pl impress upon the Bank not to make undue money by harrassing genuine customers who hv associated with the bank for a long time.
