I filed FIR n filed a form as well. I paid the amount what actually i owed with interest which i shoudnt have & now HDFC credit card are after me to make the pmt of the fraud amout of around 5k. Y should i pay which i havent used? Now m getting messaged that they will take legal action. Even i can take this thing to court & file case & spread bad mouth about HDFC.. I am sure they must have listed my name under the credit listing so that in future i cant get a loan or something. This is really an issue to be taken care of. I will not pay the amount i havent used & even i will definately take it to higher authorities to get sorted. & i never applied for this card they issued this card to me without any verificatio..
