On 10th Sep 2009 ICIC bank has lock amount of 31,827 from my salary account .Without informing me.
After inquired with customer care they have informed me about the credit card dues.
According ICICI CC department information I was used CC in 2005.
The real thing is i was never received any CC.
In 2005 I have received ICICI debit card.(624001517095).
In clarification process they have shown me CC application from but not shown card received receipt.

Now the block amount is debited but still they not shown me the creadit card receive receipt.

such case you can get refund only through consumer forum case otersiwise these private banks do not refund amounts easily
