I had applied for a Tata Credit Card but didnot receive it. When I called customer service they said that it was already sent and that i had done a purchase of 30,000 with it. Inspite of my telling that I have not received any card, i received a bill. Also, on asking them the details of delivery of card to me, i didnot get any answer. Now they are repetedly harassing me and calling me. What should i do now. I had applied for the card 3 yrs back. Please advise.
