Hi,

I had a call 3 months back from HSBC for 24000 rs due to be paid over a credit card on my name .

They started calling me weekly and started harassing me on phone, i asked and mailed them to show the transactions and due amount.

To my surprice they gave me bills of the credit card that i had already settled in 2006.

My last transaction was of 1056 rs in feb 2006 .

My June 2006 -july2006 bill came as 2461.62 ( 1056 + all late fees) .

I paid all of it and settled on phone.

Now , as i see from their mailed , they have added all service charges and all to that card and summed upto 24000 rs .

I am daily harassed for this payment and told that i will not be able to get any other loans from any other banks.

Please help me as what i need to do.

They are totally cheating me .
