This is to inform you that i was using a credit card issued by you bank in the year 2006 to me but in the year 2008 due to some unavoidable financial issues i was unable to made the repayment of my debt, i was with a tag of jobless for around 1.5 years but now i have joined a small organisation and started earning a small token of amount every month. Few days back i received a call from ICICI Bank Customer Care Center 7th Floor, S.D. Tower, Rohini, Delhi a executive named Anand Mathur in the same regard from the phone no. 011-43351110, 43351101-02. For the conversation held with him i have tryed to convey him that i dont have the capacity to repay my debt in a single shot and the amount which you are asking and told him that i can arrange a sum of Rs. 13-14 K in a single shot and that too after breaking my valuable savings, but after listening to this , this fellow has called to my corporate office, to my seniors, and at my resident and even to my relatives and said that akshat bhatnagar is a defaulter and he has not paid icici money.

My HR department has already issued me a notice to leave the job just because of ICICI Bank and now i request you to kindly take appropriate action this case, as even the Sr. Manager located at the above said branch Mr. Sushil Sharma is behaving in a same manner and said that whatever his junior has done it was upto the mark.

I have a intention to repay my debt but because of the behaviour of your executives i am now firstly wants my job back then only will think.
