Through this letter I bring to your kind notice that due to unforeseen incident I lost the job and hence I could not able to pay my due of the month of April 2010 on time. When called by HDFC representative, I brought the same to their notice and informed them about my situation and asked for little time to pay my due. I agreed to pay the amount by 24th June2010 with all late fees and other interests.
Even though I was always available on my cell phone and my address as available with credit card database, one of HDFC representative had called my parents and disclosed my credit card status and harassed and threatened them to face the legal consequence for the matter which was not even known to them, this irresponsible behavior by HDFC representative has spoiled my image in front of them.
Not only that they have harassed me on my cell though I had requested for time up to 24th June 2010. HDFC representative has visited my residence twice, once in my absence and threatened my wife.
Immediately after this incident I raised the complain to The Manger, HDFC Bank cards Division PO box no 8654 ,Thiruvanmiyur, Chennai 41, vide my letter no PKS/HDFC/CC/001/2010 dated 25th May 2010 and demanded for an Apology letter for breaching of commitment by bank. Even after sending two reminders on 3rd July 2010 and 28th November 2010 I have not received any reply from them.
I received one call from their legal department stating that their representative has informed them that my phone is ringing but no one is responding. This I want to inform you that I have never ignored any call from HDFC bank.
Apart from not sending any reply to me, HDFC bank Credit card division has send me the legal notice from D. Sathyaraj( Advocate) and also a notice from legal manager ,Debt management and legal support- credit card stating the remark ”BANKER LIEN &RIGHT of set off” and put a FUND on HOLD on my Saving Bank Account. On 14th December 2010 they transferred the entire amount to my credit card without my knowledge.
If it is my fault then the transfer of amount is acceptable. But without answering letters how can they transfer the amount.
I still stand on my claim of Apology letter and returning of Rs 10,000/- on my saving account as my claim is genuine because HDFC has breached the consumer right,
I kindly request you to intervene in this matter and do the needful.

My name is Praveen which I have a titanium Credit card of HDFC, I raise a request to deactivate my policies which associated with my credit card at the time of receiving my Credit card, from then I made so many calls to deactivate my policies which associated with my credit card, some call center guys told me that Oral confirmation is enough for deactivation, and some one says drop a letter in nearest HDFC bank, I done that one also, I drop a letter in HDFC bank also, from then I made so many calls, but no proper response, and also one day they says they already call me, but they are not able to reach me, but truly I didn’t get any call from any one of HDFC guys, finally they send a message like “not able to reach you, please call us”. After calling to call center again, one of the employee says drop a mail to customerservices.cards and talktous@hdfcbank.com , i done this one also, i want an response reg to this as early,because my statement due date is very nearer.

Through this letter I bring to your kind notice that i am using the above ref card since year 2007...n have been making payments on time.And d months which i have skipped d payments in the following month i have paid d balance in full.Now in the month of may 2010 my card got stolen their were 3 charges made on d a/c in big bazzar of kalyan metro junction which i was not aware of i came to know abuout this when i got a call from hdfc bank rep that my card is misused so on that same call i had asked them to block my card n immediately i went to police station to file a complaint against it...n at the same time i faxed a copy of police complaint leter & charge dipute form to hdfc bank n mailed d same to chennai add...but still their was no action taken..n this started adding up late fees n interest fees to may card...then i called up the bank at #02228564332 i spoke wid rep-joshua..n explained d whole scenario..he sd he will forward my complaint to his dispute dept n will get d balance tranfer done on my card...because bank did got their money from insurance company...so i waited for a month time...but from 23rd june 2010 i started getting calls from hdfc bank recovery dept stating that my payment is due..but they were very rude to talk with...so req them not to call on my phne # i will deal this matter wid hdfc bank rep...but still they were calling me 20 times a day..so called d bank rep again on #02228564332 their was this female rep who came online..n asked me to pay the entire bal, so that am not receiving any harrasement calls n she wil make sure that my balance transfer is done by d bank...so immediatley i paid 14000 rupees...n req for a card statement for d mnth of may & june 2010..but nver received any.
Now starting jan 2011 i have started getting calls from Mr Malik stating that i have a outstanding balance on my card i tried to expalin him d prev situation..n askd for d statements til jan 2011..but he was not ready to listen to me
i said he is customer service rep so he should talk politely...he sd i should not teach him his job from 22nd jan til date he's made more then 50 calls on my cel#..at last i told him i wil get my payment on 1st of feb jst give me more 5 days i wil clear my total due amt..he sd no he wants money today, i sd i cant pay that today...so his reply was (ye kya tere baap ki bank hai) i told him he is not supose to use this kind of language...he sd either i make the payment or else he wil send goondas at my place...i sd i wil pay d balance on 1st feb..but i wud req my statements which i havnt received from past 1 year n disconected d call...but he kept on trying my cel# for more than 10 times continuosly but i dnt piked up his call because the language which used against me was inappropriate...So he called up my office number n discussed the matter with my office colleagues..which has spoiled my image in front of my staff. So i called up mr maliks number n asked to give fax# so that i can send req to CEASE & DESIST and put all my number's on notice and communicate only through mails...but he denied to give fax number instead of that he sd (complaint karega meri jo karna hai karle kuch nai ukhad payega) so just disconected d cal
So sir i wud request you look into this matter...n send d statements to my above mentioned add..once i wil receive my statement i wil pay bif.. & once payment is posted on d card please deactivate d card i have had enough in this 5years..dont need a card service from HDFC BANK...
I kindly request you to intervene in this matter and do the needful.

dear sir,
my self nilesh sawant holding the credit card of hdfc ,when i swipe a card for Rs.70k ,i received a call from bank for confirmation i agreed the transaction and on that they confirmed that they will give me monthly installment on this amount ,i was happy and i agreed for that , also i rec call next day confirming the same ,but now i am getting calls for payment and as per them there is no monthly schem ,the is not acceptable ,
i will clear all my amount in next four month this is my assurance ,but i should be not charged extra and also the collection team is calling me for part payment plz stop this and inform them that from today on words in next 4 month i will clear my all due ,if possible plz tell some one to contact me on 9892049036 to discussed and i want to close the card

SOME WHERE IN AUGUST 2008( I DO NOT KNOW REMEMBER THE EXACT DATE) I GOT A CALL FROM HDFC CREDIT CARD DIVISION THAT MY PAYMENT HAD FALLEN
DUE AND THAT I HAD NOT PAID THE AMOUNT ON TIME. WHEN I POINTED OUT THAT I HAD NOT RECEIVED THE STATEMENT BY POST (WHICH THEY HAD PROMISED TO SEND ME REGULARLY BEFORE I APPLIED FOR THEIR CARD AND SINCE I WAS NOT CHECKING MY EMAIL REGULARLY BECAUSE OF LACK OF INTERNET FACILITY), THE PERSON AT CUSTOMER CELL ASKED FOR MY ADDRESS AND TOLD ME THAT MY STATEMENT WAS SENT ON ADDRESS AS CHICALIM, MAHARASHTRA INSTEAD OF CHICALIM, GOA.THE PERSON AT CUSTOMER CELL IMMEDIATELY ADMITTED AND CORRECTED MY ADDRESS, APOLOGISED FOR THE SAME AND REVERSED THE BANK CHARGES. THE AMOUNT WHICH WAS UTILISED BY ME WAS IMMEDIATELY PAID BY ME THE FOLLOWING DAY. LATER ON, HOWEVER I REALISED THAT HE HAD NOT REVERSED THE FINANCIAL CHARGES WHICH HAS KEPT ON ACCUMULATING TILL DATE AND NOW THEY ARE SAYING THAT I AM SUPPOSE TO PAY A WHOOPING AMOUNT OF RS.12211.64 FOR NO FAULT OF MINE. IT WAS THE FAULT OF THE BANK THAT NO INTIMATION WAS SENT TO ME ON THE CORRECT ADDRESS AND THEN THEY ADMITTED THEIR MISTAKE AND REVERSED THE BANK CHARGES WITHOUT REVERSING FINANCIAL CHARGES AND CESS AND THEY ARE NOW THREATNING LEGAL ACTION AGAINST ME. IS THIS FAIR ON THEIR PART?. I THEREFORE REQUEST YOU TO LOOK IN TO THE MATTER AND TAKE NECESSARY ACTION AGAINST THE BANK.

Dear Sir,
I have received a letter from HDFC bank credit card division on 30th of Nov signed by Parag Rao, Business head - credit card and merchant acquiring services, congratulating me to get a indigo airlines ticket with base fare free.
I am putting all my efforts by calling the call centers of both HDFC bank and Indigo to book a ticket for 15th of this month from Hyderabad to Delhi in the afternoon flight.
No one is able to help me.
Please help me.
