    Default HDFC credit card miss-used

    Dear Sir / Madam,
    I'm customer of HDFC Credit Card since 7-8yrs., but not using credit card since last 3-4 yrs. My Credit card no is 4346 7810 1259 9098, which now have been blocked.

    I've registered complaint (no.
    12004209238), as on 04-01-2012 at 3.03 pm i received msg on my mobile :
    " Thank you for using your HDFC bank Credit card ending 9098 for Rs.5499.00 in MUMBAI at DINNING PLUS on 2012-01-04:14:56:59."

    I was shocked to know this, as at that moment I was in Ahmedabad, & my cover in which I've received the new card last year was sealed too. And thus, within a minutes I called HDFC credit card customer care in Ahmedabad : 079-66004332, where I've registered my complaint, and I was told that it may have been used through net, but as I've never got any net-banking registered my credit card account, how may it is possible...???

    I also visited to my nearby HDFC bank branch, were I was not guided for my problem.

    My credit card was miss used by some other person & I'm not ready to pay the amount...

    Hence, I request you to look after my issue & guide me further, as soon as possible.

    Default HDFC Credit Card not yet got as per promise.

    Dear Sir/ Ma"m,


    I am Deepak Kumar, and have account in HDFC bank. This Account is of Patna Branch( Boring Road)and I am continuing it although I am now in Gurgaon. I had a credit card which I misplaced it and thus blocked it by requesting at Patna Branch and the Toll Free number provided by them.

    I was asked on 23rd of April to write a request of address change and fill the new form immediately. I did it at the same time. I was promised to get a new credit card within a week time. I went to Shikanderpur, M. G. Road Branch ( City Court), while depositing the money in my account. a lady at customer care wrote all my complain and promised to get the solution in a day or two. I was promised to get call from concern person.

    I have not yet got any call although more than 3 to 4 days has passed and still I don't know the status. Kindly resolve my problem else I am planning to exit from HDFC Bank pathetic services and stop my account. I am pissed of from such services and false promises provided to me.

    Default Cancellation of my Platinum edge card

    Dear Sir/Madam,
    My name is Satheesh.R my Card no is 4893770100051556 . I had received a platinum edge card which has the annul fee of Rs=2249.But this was not informed for me by the executive while allotting me the card . so i request you to cancel this card. I had called the customer care n requested for cancellation but again the executive who had called me by name Arun had given the wrong feed back by saying customer is satisfied n accepted to continue with the card . so i request you to cancel my card and do the need full.
