how to get my name out of the CIBIL The marketing guy of ABN AMRO credit card guy told me there will be no annual charges for the credit card, but after few months the credit card guys was harassing be to pay the annual charges which I refused. Now they but my name in CIBIL defaulter list. Any one please suggest me how to get my name out of the list.
