Respected Sirs,
This letter is referance to my earlier complaint lodged with the consumer court
on the 12.10.2010. The following case was not appropriately addressed and attended
to by the officials of STANDARD CHARTERED BANK,BANGALORE.
Thus inspite of me addressing my greivance , iam been constantly subject to
harrassment by one Mr.Achal and Mr.Chandru.

I had availed a standard chartered credit card no: 4541 9823 3912 7307 limit
of Rs.1,50,000.
The same was utilised and I had promptly paid 4 installments.
In the meantime I realise that there has been no deduction in the principle
capital.
The capital remains the same , in such an event of payments doen in time
the due being stated same as earlier Iam in a dilema in continuing
any further without a proper civil procedure to investigate where my
amount has gone through.
I had approached the manager Mr.ACHAL at Ph: 09845399221
and I was put ontu one Mr.Chandru ay Ph: 09035790191.
Instead of addrerssing my greviance and resolving the problem
these both claiming to be officials at Standard Chartered Bank, Bangalore
have severly abused mke from the above mentioned numbers and have threatened
me with dire consequences if I dont settle the due immediately.
These officials behave as if they are the whole and sole of Standard Chartered Bank,
Bangalore and they state that their indespensable.

Under remedy of banking lawsof India in place and the consumer forum
A customer of the bank shouldnt be harrassed.There is a code of conduct
and the code compliance officer of each bank is responsible to
handle the greviance of the client. I also request that a direction is
given to the concerned legal authorities at STANDARD Chartered Bank
to look into this abusive and threatebning behavior of Mr.Achal and
more especially Mr.Chandru to direct all unlawfull recovery agents
to stop intruding into dealings which is between the banker and myself
the borrower. The same greviance may be dealt with me being the
client and I would be represented by my official mandateholder
