Recently Rs. 32,000 is een debited form my saving account of ICICI bank against the payment of credit card without my concernt or any information against it.

though i had already in touch with collection department for my full and final payment against which i had already paid some amount in previous month despite of that t had debited that amount without my premmision.

as i was jobless in previous month and my mother met with an accident and i nedd that amount to make the paymnet to the hospital but couldn't make the payment on time due to non availblity of money in my account due to which me & my family suffer a mental harrasment.

request you to kindly look into the matter and get my money transfer in my account so that i can make the hospital payment on time.
