Ref: My old closed ANZ Credit card

Respected Sirs,
I , Mr.Jaswinder Pal Singh owned an ANZ Creditcard . The same was cleared and I had closed operations in 2003.
Anz creditcard i suppose was then taken over by STANDARD CHARTERED BANK.
This was conveyed to me by a letter in 2007. Now in 2010 I recieve an anonymous call from a person stating he is the manager of STANDARD CHARTERED BANK, Bangalore and this person is asking me for amounts.
As i donot have any dues when I had closed operations in my ANZ creditcard and now after almost 7 years I recieve such an anonymous call , it is surprising to me. It may thus be considered if anyone has created any duplicated or typed bills ths is being done by wrongfull creation of bills and is a crime under cyber laws of India
Prayer:
In view of this negative development , I request the honourable and concerned banking authorities of the banking forum of India and consumer forum to direct and constitute a committee of expertised bankers and technical finance analysts to look into such crimes in the banking fraternity.
Finally i pray that It may be investigated with STANDARD CHARTERED BANK, Bangalore and if any of their official isfound to be involved in such malicious activites , action be taken on such officials and the bank repremends and make sure such unlawfull activity doesnt occur nor any citizen of india be harrassed the way I was put into ..
