    Angry Charging simply By HDFC bank credit card

    Respected Sir,
    My dad SARANGADHARAN DAMODHARAN owns a credit card of H.D.F.C bank and they had only given the card to us by selecting us and not as we required the card. They provided as the card telling that till 60 days u don't have to pay the interest, my dad was not using too much and one day they called on my dad cell and told about the insurance scheme and instead of my dad telling NO they started the insurance and Credited the amount of insurance and the processing fees in the credit card. When my dad and me complained at the bank related to this isssue they cancelled the insurance and debited the amount from the credit card but they did not clear the processing fees amount and they are telling to pay the processing fees.
    Sir you only tell when i am not asking for the insurance still they are starting the insurance in my dad's name without any signature then why and for what reasons should we pay the processing fees????

    Please look in to this action as soon as possible so that my dad's problem will be solved and we can get rid of these private companies that cheat the consumer.

    Thank you for your reply but i m very much unhappy with your such a way of irritating the customer and i don't wish to go further with the procedure and all so its better that in fact of not using the services my dad might pay off the prcocessing fees that is not at all required to be pay.

    So by paying this we can even get of the time that we have to spend after all the procedures and the only thing is all our family member and our friends and relatives will never approach to your bank as i would be warning them with my experience.
