Sirs,
I had availed a standard chartered credit card no: 4541 9823 3912 7307 limit
of Rs.1,50,000.
The same was utilised and I have promptly paid 4 installments.
In the meantime I realise that there has been no deduction in the principle
capital.
The capital remains the same , in such an event of payments doen in time
the due being stated same as earlier Iam in a dilema in continuing
any further without a proper civil procedure to investigate where my
amount has gone through.
Under remedy of banking laws in place and the consumer forum to
address the needs of the clientale , I call upon your good offices to
address the matter by sending me details in whole of the payments
and interests therof.
In the meantime I also request you to direct all unlafull recovery agents
to stop calling me and harrassing me.
