ICICI bank has been harrassing and traumatising me for makingpayment of credit card ending with 8007 which is in name of some Mohan Singh. The said person is not making any payments and ICICI bank without fail gives 4 to 5 calls everyday to my mobile no. which they say is registered in his name.

This has been happening since Mar 2008 and since them I have been advising them to try contacting Mohan Singh in person and take new details.
Multiple complaints have been lodged in ICICI customer service and as well as Matrix-Vodafone sevices to advise bank recovery agents not to call me.

Still no saviour from same has happened.

What legal actions can be taken in this case against ICICI Bank for giving me mental torture and harrassment. At times their guys are really abusive.

I even recieve SMS for the said persons card details on my phone.

I have being paying my ICICI BANK CREDIT CARD PAYMENT FOR THE LAST 6 YEARS.I am
paying the minimum amount due every month before the due date. I have paid more than
5 times the amount I have used from this card .But the amount is still the same.Now
I do not want to pay the unnecessary charges, as I have already paid 5 times more
than the amount actually used.
Kindly help me, I am facing difficuly in paying, my fianancial condition has become
ver poor.Pl.help

icici bank is a cheater bank and all credit cards lending banks are hand in glove with rbi

Hi there i have ICICI bank credit from last three years. My payment was regular for two years but now a days my financial condition is very poor .In the last month this agent took some amount forcefully from me.I told them that time to make settlement as i am not able to give full payment as my condition is bad.Even though in this condition i am depressed and so many bad thoughts in mind like suside.I am still ready to make settlement.What should i do in this condition?Please Help me.
