Harassment by ICICI Credit Card Department for outstanding payment Hi, my name is Prashant Subramanian holding an ICICI platinum Credit Card. ICICI Credit card department has been harassing me and my mother repeatedly by calling around 3-4 times in a day for my outstanding payment. I have been travelling lately and there has been a slight financial crunch due to which i have not been able to pay for the past 1.5 months. Thus I am not able to pay the money now and was planning to clear off all debts by January end. My past payment record has been immaculate and i have always made a lumpsum payment to these guys and i never got these calls earlier. Despite my amount not crossing my credit limit, these guys have been after my life and have been frequently calling up my house and threatening my mother also for the payment.
Request you to let me know what i can do to make these guys apologize for the mental harassment they have been causing to me and my family.
