Ref: my HDFC Credit card no: 4346 7840 0009 9071

Sirs,
Te above mentioned credit card was owned by me. I had been utilising the credit card and was promplty paying the dues. Suddenly I started recieving accelarated bills of the sums I havent used.This is subjet to crimes committed through electronice medium.
I had several conversations with HDFC officials and no one is ready to listen to my greviance.However to avoid harrassment and wrong full display in CIBIL I continued paying some amount even though I havent utilised it, thus ending paying upto Rs.45,000 extra.
Even after the payments HDFC has come out by wrongfully credit stating I have still to pay Rs.90,000.
Again inspite of constant persual my greviance has not been addressed to.
Prayer:
In vew of these negetive developments I request the Hon.Consumer court to direct HDFC to address my greviance and correct their records and also refund the excess amounts I have paid now running to a total tune of Rs.60,000
