Sirs,
I had availed HDFC Credit card no : 5176 5210 0516 5172 .
I have been paying my liability from time to time and had settled the entire credit card. After a year I get a notice that the HDFC cc.dision has changed the interest rates on credit cards and my closed credit card was still active inspite of me getting a closure letter.
Now Iam constantly harrassed by the collection agents for dues thnat they state I have not even availed or utilised.
Prayer:
I request the consumer court to direct their officials to get into the heart of the matter and look into their records and update their information.
Also for the anxiety I have been made to go through that HDFC be directed to compensate me Rs.50,000.
