    Default HDFC Bank Credit Card due settlment

    Hello !! My name is Mr. Pratik Vasavada, My Credit Card No : 4346 7810 0717 5664.

    My complaint about the said card is details given below:

    1. As Bank can verify through my statement I am making payment of Minimum amount every month. I also accept that I am not able to make payment before due date but I have make payment of minimum amount in each and every month.

    2. Despite of the same Bank has try to harassing me a lot by sending collection person to my office and they are daily calling to my Office or Home Or Mobile etc. places. many time they have given me a rude words also.

    3. Several times they have called to my office and directly talk to my HR Department and disclose my details which is not as per RBI guideline Because of the same I faced lot of difficulties which can’t write here.

    4. Due to the same I have decided to Settle my dues and cancel your credit card. After that your Bank manager and your recovery agent has given me a false commitment twice and take minimum due by saying that you will receive settlement letter next month. But it’s not happen

    5. Despite of regular payment every month bank has debited me Overlimit charges, Finance Charges, Penalty and Interest & Service tax on the same also. For the said reason I fed up with your behavior with the customer. Several times I have requested to your bank Person over telephone to settle my account but they are not responding positively.

    6. Finally, I just want to say that I want to clear your dues. You may kindly deduct unnecessary charges and clear your dues. For the same you can verify my last 12 months statement in which you can see I have paid approx. more than 80 % amount of amount which I have utilized from the said Card. I am ready to pay your outstanding dues in 8 (Eight) EMI. Which your bank can offer easily.

    7. IT IS MY HUMBLE REQUEST TO THE HDFC BANK THAT KINDLY CLEAR THE MATTER IMMIDIATELY SETTLE MY DUES AND CANCEL MY ABOVE MENTION CARD. YOU ARE FURTHER REQUESTED THAT NOT TO LIEN MY SALARY ACCOUNT LINKED WITH HDFC BANK WITHOUT OFFERING ME A SETTLMENT FORMULA IN RESPECT OF THE SAID MAIL. BECAUSE OF I AM READY TO PAY YOUR DUES. THIS IS A MATTER OF PRESTIGE AND TO FOR LIVING ROUTINE LIFE.

    Please note that With reference to the above quoted mail I have sent you mail with all the necessary information desired by you.

    1. You have responded me on 04-12-2010 at 10:30. => in Connection with the same I have responded you on 04-12-2010 at 10 :41 & 11:18 (2 email)

    2. After that, on 04-12-2010 at 12:00 you have repeated your mail about the latest contact details which is already with you and also specify in my mail also.

    3. Further, I have again forwarded with all the details repeatedly on 04-12-2010 at 13 :05. Now, there is no response in connection with the same. So, I am requesting you to kindly reply to my mail and resolve the issue immediately and do the needful.
