Dear Concern,

Hi this is Parag Badgujar, holding a credit card of HDFC bank no- 5289456000368006. I have been making the payment of the minimum due till the month of September 2010. Every month i have been making a minimum due payment of Rs.4700/- on an average.

Just because of some medical reasons, i had to go through a "By Pass Surgory" on 20th of September 2010. I had requested your excecutive who regularly called me up for the payment of minimum due, that give me some time and i will make the payment. As it is i have being giving you all the fine's for late payments. Some how i conveinced the excecutive to wait for some time. Recently in the month of november, i was suppose to make a payment of the minimum due. But due to a major loss of money in my surgory, i was in mess and struggling for money. Some how i managed to arrange for a amount of Rs.4700/-, i was suppose to move to my village to rest for some days. So i dropped a cheque of Axis bank addressing it in cards no in an ATM centre in Vashi branch. I left for my village and was not accesable to any kind of ATM and banks. I still kept receiving calls from the Bank excecutives. I kept asking some time, but on 12th November i had to wait back in my village due to sudden death of my Father in law.

I just came back yesterday in mumbai, and today in the morning, i checked the bank which showed no cheque has being cleared from my account. But being jobless for 2 months again, my family used the nmoney for their regular upbringing. I am recovering from this big trauma and i require some time to start giving back your money.

I dont want to be a defaulter with your bank, but seriously i require some good 15 days to come back to normal state. My minimum due as per your records is some where around Rs.9400/-.

reason for writting to you:

I was in conversation with Miss.Gitanjali, i spoke to her today in the morning about the same. I requested her to give me time till 1st of December 2010. As i have just come back from native and have being bowrowing money from relative and friends for my surgory. She agreed to the same and requested me to try to arrange till tomorrow. Which seems little hard. But i think if i get a time of 15 days, i will resume paying your minimum dues regularly from 1st week of Jan 2011.

I also received a worst call from one of your excecutive named Mr.Prashant Shetty, he was such rough person on the phone and very in human. I am a patient and had being trough a surgory just 2 months ago, he should have little heart to speak such rough language.

In any case, i dont want to complaint about that, as i was not in situation to pay off. I had to listen, but your excecutives should stop speaking like this atleast with patients. Mr.Prashant shetty will not be taking the responsibility of running my family if any thing goes wrong in the conversation. Should think twice.

Any ways i will be waiting for some decent person to call me or mail if you can help me with my request.

I repeat, i will pay minimum due of Rs.9400/- on or before 15 Dec 2010, and remaining i will resume paying your minimum due from Jan 2010.

I will be waiting for a kind revert.
