Sirs,
I, B.N.Soans mandate holder of Balagi.G.S submit this complaint against HSBC on illegal and unlawfull harrassment by collection agents .

Balagi G.S is the owner of creditcard no:HSBC Credit card No:4476 9254 9750 092 which was lost and duly informed to HSBC creditcard division at Bangalore. Instead no action was taken to block the comp the lost creditcard .After few days some person who had got this creditcard had utilised the creditcard which is a cognisable offense.

Then began the harrassment of HSBC and its collection agents who have continously harrassed Mr.Balagi G.S in order to collect the amount he has never utilised.
Prayer:
It is requested and prayed to the consumer forum to direct HSBC credit card division and direct them to take appropriate action on the person who has drawn money by unlawfully using the lost creditcard of Balagi G.S. Also action to be taken on person at HSBC who had not timely blocked the lost credit card on recieving the complaint from Balagi .G.S which is the principle reason for such a crime to take place.
Finally it is prayed that HSBC stop harrassment to Balagi G.S and deal in a civil manner.
