Hi,

I need your help in resolving the dispute I have with the ICICI bank Credit card.

I was browsing through the ICICI website when I came across the Balance transfer
form. It was mentioned that I can have a Balance transferred from any other credit
card to my credit card for an interest free period of three months by paying 2%
transaction fee. I took the balance transfer for 21818 against my citibank card .
The ICICI bank charged me Rs .436.36 as the transaction fee and Rs 44.95 as Service
Tax. The total amount due came upto Rs.36,431.51 for that month. I made a payment of
Rs. 25, 000 to clear Rs.14613.51 that was there on the account apart from the
Balance transfer amount and Rs. 10386.49 as a part payment for the balance transfer.

The next month I was shocked to see an interest charge for Rs. 801.78 which was
charged to me at an atrocious rate of more than 63% and service tax of Rs. 82.58.
These charges have not been explained to me and even the statement they sent makes
no sense to me. Please advise what I need to do here.
