i bought a mediclaim from royal sundaram using my Citibank credit card, but was cheated on the amount mentioned and the amount charged. i was promised that total expense would be 8000, but in the statement which i recieved, was charged 17K something. the excess amount being hospital charges something which i wasnt told. i raised a dispute and finally after a lot of hassle, i recieved a settlement letter of 4000, which i did rightfully use and i paid the same in due time.. but still my name is being reflected in CIBIL. this all happened in sept-Oct 0f 2009.
