Angry Regarding the NOC & CIBIL status towards my Axis bank credit card

    Dear Sir/Madam,

This is regarding my Axis bank credit card no. 4718610001410746. I made the settlement towards my credit card in 6 EMI's which started from May-Oct, 2010. And I made the full & final settlement amount offered by Axis bank with a promise of giving NOC towards my credit card after making full & final amount offered by Axis bank. But right now after demanding NOC,they told me that if you want to have NOC then you have to pay the total outstandings including late payment fees/Overlimit charges towards your card. Then, we can issue you NOC after making remaining balance towards my credit card.I informed them that when settlement was done in the month of May, 2010. Then the collection manager informed me very clearly that we will issue an NOC/letter after full & final payments made towards your credit card for the same.

And right now, I applied for NOC through mail to Axis bank, that I want to have NOC for the same.Because just want to make it sure that my status is not in defaulter list of Axis bank as well as CIBIL for the same.I told them very clearly that I just want to have becuase I apply for any loan in future with any bank in india. And right now they are apologised me by demanding further money in terms of fees/remaining amount pending in their records.

I am totally disappointed /fed up now with Axis bank services by keeping hands up for issuing NOC/ Return mail for CIBIL status/ Their database/ Other associated agencies for the same.

And right now, looking to have the justice from Consumer forum for the same as earliest as possible.

    Thanking you,
