I was sent a Credit Card by ABN AMRO bank( CARD NO 5415 3833 0083 9907)for which I had never applied & upon asking the reason they promised me it as a gift of my previous membership goodwill.Also,no charges stand applicable for the same was conveyed to me. I had been charged more than Rs 1500/- by ABN AMRO bank without my information & deducted directly from my Saving A/c at ABN AMRO BANK.Upon several calls & 5 written letters to the CUSTOMER CARE MANAGER they had ignored my application of reverting my money back. Please look into this matter because the bank people are making fool of atleast 100000 of people everyday.
