    Sub: Misleading Marketing Promotion amounting to Cheating
    After several unhelpfull conversations with different customer service agents and their supervisors at Delhi based customer service centre and a few Chennai based operators as well, at contact number 51514332 between February 2009 till today, Due to this complacity in the services recieved and clear denial to provide the asured gift: I have suffered severe mental trauma and fatigue. I lost precious and important time of mine trying to fight my case with HDFC bank staff .

    Dear Sir,

    I have been requesting your customer care to transfer the line to some one senior which thy do not my request is that in the whole universe there is no place for gentle people my card no is 4050282002277379 please cancel this card without any further delay as i have paid you the installment within the due date and you can check my records also but i have been charged Rs.500 for the delay in payment which is not true .Please cancel the card immediately i do not need this card.
